I am late at leaving a review but in my defense, I was busy settling in the beautiful house which Ellie helped us buy. This was the first time we were doing dual agency and while I was hesitant, but after working with Ellie, I felt reassured. She assured us that we are making the right decision and will be very happy with the purchase. And after moving in, I couldn’t agree more, we are so delighted with our purchase of the property and we are looking forward to make beautiful memories in this house. Ellie is so easy to work with and always available to answer any questions at any time (even when she was on vacation she ensured we were covered). We thank her for her help with finding this beautiful home and hope she helps many families like ours to find their dream home.

Even though it was time for us to find a house, my husband was incredibly hesitant about it. Ellie was the one who really helped convince him to let go of our current house and start looking for new ones. Everything she explained to us was incredibly clear and detailed. Even though finding a house during these times is very difficult, Ellie was a lot of help and helped us find a house that we love. Our seller was difficult, but Ellie handled everything very well and professionally, and helped things fall into place in the end.

Recently my family moved into our dream home. This is my second time working with Ms. Ellie. We worked with Ms. Ellie for our first home and moved into a 2 bedroom condo about 9 years ago with two baby's. As my family is growing up, we start looking for a bigger home for living with 3 kids. But it was almost impossible to get the right home at the right price with the current crazy housing market in San Diego. So we were sharing our difficulty with Ms. Ellie and she found an awesome home for us. She did her job very professionally and stress free to us during the process and we are so happy to have purchased our home and worked with Ms. Ellie.
