Ellie is the realtor you want going to bat for you! She has the qualities everyone looks for in a realtor - trustworthy, hardworking and a good listener. She not only sold our house quickly, but was and is the expert we expected. Our particular sale was complicated by the fact that we are living overseas, AND had tenants living in the house. She successfully overcame those challenges, and the house sold in the range and time frame we expected. We would highly recommend her, and will look to her again for future transactions.

Megan Evans is a unique agent, whose calm, quiet, and collaborative approach sets the tone for a competent, professional experience. Her great strength is listening to clients and asking them key questions during the decision-making process. Ellie was great, quick and efficient with the sale of our house in Bethesda. Excellent follow-through, accessable, lots of good ideas. We had been working with Ellie for a while. She took the time to understand us, our objectives and some special needs. So when we finally decided its was time to sell, she was ready and had developed a good relationship with us and new how to structure a transaction with us that would work. Excellent use of technology....text, Whatsapp, docusign... it was a big plus that brought convenienence and simplicity to a couple on the go!
