After 20+ years in Boston, the weather and the real estate market prompted Ellie's decision to return home to Savannah to live out the balance of her estate sales career.

Upon her return to Savannah, the first professional move was to upgrade her Real Estate License to Associate Broker and the second was to obtain a USCG Captains license. Selling real estate from the water affords her a blend of both of her interests and strength. And as you may have guessed - she is always working diligently while on the water! When Ellie is not out with clients on land or by sea, she can often be found talking on her cell phone about real estate as she helps tend her massive nearly organic garden. In 2004 Ellie joined forces with Roy Hill and formed a new real estate company, The Coastal Real Estate Group, LLC. They have enjoyed several good years of great markets, wonderful agents and terrific clients.

In 2008, the market dictated a well planned merger with Seabolt Brokers, Harry Norman. The result of the merger is that she is able to go back to her intended skill set and SELL REAL ESTATE.
