Elliot made such a favorable impression on us when he worked his magic to beat out 14 other offers for our daughter’s dream condo last year, that we decided to engage his services to sell our Hyde Park condo, despite the fact that he doesn’t normally transact business in that area of the city. No matter. The Elliot/Olivia team got to work familiarizing themselves with our condo and the comparable condos in the area to arrive at an asking price designed to secure an offer quickly and for top dollar. From there the team used their arsenal of high-tech tools to present our home in its very best light. Seven days and several showings (many multiple) later, we had an offer for 99.6% of our asking price. The next phase is where Elliot truly shone. He was able to draw on his negotiating skills, calm demeanor, positive attitude, and even a bit of psychology to navigate us through a somewhat challenging attorney review and inspection and ultimately get us to the closing table.
