Elliot Ward has been a full-time Realtor® since 2003, but you could say real estate runs in his blood. Born and raised in Columbia and Ellicott City, Elliot's mother was one of Howard County’s premier Realtors, and his grandfather owned and operated a Maryland real estate appraisal company.
Elliot's professionalism draws from prior experience in the mortgage, title, and technology industries, and he applies this knowledge of project management, customer relations, marketing, advertising, public relations, sales, web development, and local market knowledge to help his clients stay ahead of the competition. Elliot is an e-PRO®, Corporate Relocation Specialist(CRS), Rental Specialist, Certified Stager, Short Sale and Foreclosure Representative (SFR), and is certified in the Leed® Green Building Program .Elliot has extensive knowledge of the Howard County and Central Maryland markets, including Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Carroll County, Frederick County, and Montgomery County. Elliot attended Centennial High School and Towson University.
Elliot's personal interests include tennis, skiing, traveling, home improvement and home automation, cooking, volunteering in the community, and spending time with his daughter, family, and friends.
