I've known Elmir for last 15 years and had a great experience working with him on several home purchases and been using his services for my rental homes aswell!

Elmir is one of the most dedicated, hardworking, wonderful person that I could have worked with to get my dream home in Jacksonville. He did so many things for me from start to finish beyond what any other person could do.
1. He set up a MLS search tailored to my needs, that way I could filter through every listing at my leisure.
2. He set up 8 open house viewings on day 1 of active house search. He was with me for 4 hours straight matching my high energy to find a home quickly.
3. Once I picked that dream home, he did not stop going to bat for me to get every available opportunity to make sure my wants were represented at an affordable price.
4. He was able to haggle with the seller and at the end of closing, got my dream home for a perfect price for me!

I cannot recommend Elmir enough. He is the man ready for action to get you that home you need. He certainly was for me!
