I have been a businesswoman for over twenty years. My greatest accomplishment was building and running a $5 million-dollar craft manufacturing company for fourteen years. I was awarded businesswoman of the year in 1999. I then obtained my Real Estate License; I have always wanted to be involved deeper in real estate, as it has always been a passion. Negotiating is one of the biggest thrills of real estate for me. I do believe there is always a way to make everyone happy!

I have been working with many banks and investors for over thirteen years now. I have managed, listed, and sold hundreds of REO properties for them. Since then, I have acquired many additional REO relationships with many asset management firms. My average market time is approximately 24 days, even in a down market.
