Life’s a Beach Real Estate LLC was established in 2003, and Woody leads business development for the company in the fast-growing region of the Florida panhandle. Strategically expanding his real estate presence from a single office in Destin to locations in four prominent beach resorts, more than tripled his business in less than three years and enabled the dream of oceanfront property ownership for thousands of residents and investors.
While Woody’s experience in commercial and residential real estate management spans more than 28 years, his enterprising spirit has propelled him into leadership roles in several industries. Most recently, he served as President and Board Member at Go Epic Health, an organic nutritional company, where he led the go-to-market strategy, including sales strategy and placement in local and national retailers, for several products.
Prior to his role at Go Epic Health, Woody spent many years in the financial services industry as the founder of Strategic Equity Group, a management consultant company that identified, incubated, and grew early-stage-revenue companies. He also held leadership roles in investor relations firms where he focused on investment banking and private equity. Additionally, Woody founded the Business Exchange, a business brokerage that helped connect business owners with buyers. During this time, he held a FINRA Series 7 license as well as the Series 63 license.
Previously, Woody held a mortgage broker license while owning his own mortgage company in the state that included a commercial lending company as well.
Currently, Woody is a licensed real estate broker in Florida. He also serves on the board of Grand Panama Beach Resort, located in Panama City Beach, FL, where Woody lives with his wife and rescue pup, Buddy. He is the proud father of four children and enjoys golf, cooking on the grill, and fitness.
