Elyse was a dominant force in Douglas Elliman’s Seniors on the Move, in the 90’s when Elliman spearheaded the development of most 55+ communities within a 10 mile radius of Douglas Elliman's Syosset office.
In 2017, Elyse enjoyed the most successful year in her career. And, in recognition of her expertise with the Real Estate needs of the Senior community of the North Shore, Elyse was requested to guide the marketing and sales efforts for a new 55+ community development. Elyse is a skillful negotiator, that coupled with her consistent attention to detail, and the depth of her market research brought this project to Elyse and Douglas Elliman.
