Elysia began her real estate career in 2004 with Wydler Brothers, where she was the first agent hired and was mentored by Hans and Steve Wydler. After 14 years with the team, she co-founded the Casaday Allison Group at Compass, building one of the most successful teams in the DMV. Following years of top production and leadership, Elysia made the intentional decision to reunite with Wydler Brothers, returning to the team where her career began and combining her entrepreneurial experience with the strength of the region’s #1 large team.

Her business is built almost entirely on referrals and repeat clients — a reflection of the trust she builds and the long-term relationships she values. Elysia works with first-time buyers, move-up and downsizing sellers, and experienced homeowners navigating complex transitions.
