Emanuel Coelho

With over two decades of experience in real estate, construction management, and property development, Emanuel has garnered a distinguished reputation amongst clients and industry professionals alike. In addition to his ventures in real estate, Emanuel is the owner and managing partner of Innovative Contracting Services – a full-service exterior contracting company, specializing in both siding and roofing. Emanuel currently holds a license as both a construction supervisor and a home improvement contractor. He has also worked diligently as a consultant for various regional construction groups and is a long-standing member of the National Construction Trades Association (NCTA). He is also an active member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR). Emanuel’s expertise on the construction-side of the business further enhances his understanding of the real estate market.
