We cannot say enough amazing things about Emily! As first-time homebuyers living on the opposite side of the country, the process could have felt overwhelming, but Emily made everything incredibly smooth. She walked us through every step with patience, clarity, and genuine care.

Since we couldn’t tour homes in person, Emily went above and beyond by taking detailed, thoughtful video walkthroughs of every property. She highlighted things we wouldn’t have even thought to look for and always made sure we felt fully informed. She also generously took the time to show homes to my parents when they were in town, which meant so much to us.

I was nervous about listing/selling my 100 year old house in Suffolk, VA. It is a unique house with lots of character and extensive gardens. In other words, it was going to require just the right buyer. Emily communicated clearly the entire sales process, what needed to happen prior to listing, ensured the photography was absolutely beautiful, prepared a compelling listing and held an open house to introduce the property. There are several homes in my neighborhood which have been listed for over 6 months without being sold. I had an offer on my home within 2 weeks of listing it and the closing was within 2 months of listing. I recently had the pleasure of working with Emily Berry to purchase a new home. From the very beginning to the very end; Emily has been an absolute pleasure! From the very first time we met at an open house I had one small introductory conversation with her and knew that she was going to be the one that got me into a home.
Throughout the whole process, Emily was professional. She is highly knowledgeable about the local market and the whole home buying process from the buyer's perspective and the seller's. But she made sure I always felt like a priority.

At each step in the whole process, Emily came through with her commitment to excellence. She is on point with every phase along the way and her negotiation skills are pristine - Emily got me the best deal possible! She also went out of her
way to ensure every detail was taken care of - from arranging inspections to researching potential issues with the property, helping me understand the inspection report breakdown and what was most important to be fixed.

Throughout our journey, Emily was immensely patient and understanding of my situation.
