Emily Brougham

In 2005, a passion for houses was created in Emily. She is a devoted wife and mother of three boys. Emily grew up in Grand Rapids, moved to Petoskey MI with her husband, but their love for the Grand Rapids area brought them back home. Emily believes that we are blessed to be a blessing to others. She spends time volunteering at kids’ food basket, feeding the homeless, donating to their church, and going on mission trips. Emily and Brandon also use their talents to help others build things that they are in need of, in their homes. Emily and her husband, Brandon, have become a dynamic duo in renovating homes. Teaching each other their areas of expertise making their work well known on the NW side of Grand Rapids. Emily has visions for homes just walking into them to making them their clients Dream Home at an affordable prices. For buyers, Emily listens to what is important to them, which neighborhoods and home features will meet their lifestyle needs. For sellers, she takes an approach knowing that each home has a special aspect that will appeal to its ideal buyer. Clients receive an exceptional level of personal attention including consistent communication on a listing’s activity with sellers and status updates with buyers. Emily will deliver any assistance that clients may need throughout the entire process from home inspections, mortgage representative, or any contractors for needed repairs.
