Emily Cline

Emily joined Trinity Partners as Director of Industrial Services, bringing seven years of experience specializing in the sales and leasing of industrial properties and land throughout Union County, North Carolina. Emily focuses on delivering thoughtful, strategic guidance to owners, investors, and users navigating the industrial market. She is licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina.

Prior to joining Trinity Partners, Emily was a Partner at MW Commercial Real Estate, a full-service boutique brokerage with a strong focus on Union County. In that role, she advised clients across a range of industrial transactions, building a reputation for deep market knowledge, strong local relationships, and a hands-on approach to execution. Her performance and commitment to excellence have earned her recognition as a CRCBR Bronze Level Top Producer in both 2023 and 2024.

A Charlotte native, Emily earned her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and later completed her Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in May 2022.

Outside of work, Emily is very close with her family, including her two nieces and two nephews. She enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and seeking out local coffee shops around Charlotte.
