With a background in Property Management & Housing, Emily is well experienced when it comes to staying calm in high pressure situations. In her first year of real estate full-time, Emily DeMaio achieved Silver Level for the 2020 NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®, which recognizes agents who have established superior excellence in salesmanship. Emily DeMaio was also recently sworn in for a 2-year term position on the Borough of Tinton Falls Zoning Board of Adjustment.

She resides in Tinton Falls, NJ with her husband, Joseph DeMaio and their two adopted cats Marty & McFly. In her free time, Emily volunteers and performs musical theater shows at several theaters within the area including: Hackensack Meridian Health Theatre at the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, Spring Lake Theatre in Spring Lake, Exit 82 in Toms River and many more!
