Emily was a solid asset in the sale of our home. She is especially good at keeping all the details of the plan well explained and equally on point in facilitating everything. She had the resources to help us prepare with showings which was a relief for me because I am so hands and was thinking what a hug job this was going to be. Throughout the entire sale process I had the feeling of being managed by a "Pro" and with the successful sale reaching all planned goals, I am confident in saying Emily Eck and Edina are top notch in the there field. I hadn’t worked with a realtor for many years. I was referred to Emily by a family member. While we hadn’t met face-to-face, Emily went right to work on my interest in purchasing a condominium that I had looked at online. I feel she wasn’t just out to just make a quick sale. However, she handled that transaction in very timely manner. She always kept me up to date on how the process was progressing. She always followed through on my requests and returned phone calls/ text messages in a timely manner. The purchase transaction went very smoothly. I felt she was always looking out for my best interest in that transaction.

Emily went out of her way to act in my interest on another possible purchase. I was out of town and unable to tour the property. She drove through a snow storm to look at the property and give me an assessment. She was very candid in that walk-through, pointing out the good and the bad. The video tour she provided was very helpful.

I will probably be selling my home of 37 years, in the near future. I will be contacting Emily about handling that transaction. I trust that she will be an agent that will be working on my behalf to market my home to obtain a fair market value.

Emily was extremely helping in both finding me a place and helping my parents sell their home. I was on a strict timeline to find a place and Emily was helpful and attentive. She explained the process and found places that met my needs. In a tough market Emily also was able to save me some money and got the seller to cover the closing costs which was awesome. For selling or for buying I would recommend Emily!
