We have been selling real estate in Las Vegas and Henderson since 1989, more than 30 years. In 1991, we moved to Prudential Americana Group Realtors, the recognized leader in real estate in Henderson and Las Vegas, and have been with that company ever since. (Prudential Americana Group Realtors was Americana, Better Homes & Gardens when we first joined, and became a Prudential franchise in the late 90s). In 2014, Prudential Americana Group Realtors was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway, and our name changed to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services - Nevada Properties. Year in and year out we were at or near the top of their office both in representing buyers in Henderson and Las Vegas and in representing sellers in Henderson and Las Vegas. We have always taken pride in the fact we care about the best interest of the client, not just trying to close a transaction, or just sell a buyer a house. We know that by doing our best for our current client, even if it means them not buying a particular house or not listing their home at that particular time, it will more than pay us back and referrals going forward, and enable us to go to bed knowing we have done our best.
