Emily is a miracle worker! She found us the perfect house here in Palm Coast. We are very picky and viewed many houses and put in offers on a several homes, but the sellers were too greedy. We considered buying a new construction home with Emily since the prices were basically the same. Eventually we found an older house that we could build equity with that we wanted, but it already had a pending offer and was off the market. Emily was still was able to get in our offer and negotiate with the seller just in time and the seller accepted it same day. Wow! You don’t see a skilled realtor like this anymore. She means business and won’t waste your time. She’s a great negotiator and has an insight to the local market. I would recommend her to everyone.

Emily is Fantastic! Before we listed our house we had a meeting where she brought detailed information/comps of our area and we had a discussion regarding the right sales price. She listed our house for sale and hired professional photographers. We got our house sold quickly in several days. It was a breeze closing, couldn’t have asked for an easier transaction!
