Emily Lukach

Emily began her Stamm Development Group career as an Intern in February of 2019. Over the next few years, she advanced through positions of increasing responsibility in development, transactions and public relations culminating in being named Manager in mid-2022.

Emily has assisted with the firm’s expansion into the South Florida real estate market, working closely with the company’s development team to acquire, design and deliver over $350MM of new development projects. She works alongside of various architects, designers, and sales teams to take these projects to market.

During her time at the company, Emily has also served as the Chair of The SDG Foundation alongside of the CEO and CFO since its formation in late 2019. She works very closely with several local organizations to make strategic donations, as well as identify opportunities for active volunteering in the communities we both live and operate in. Emily spearheads the Annual SDG Golf Outing which brings together 250+ real estate professional attendees, with 100+ corporate sponsors, and has raised over $750,000 in the last 4 years for The SDG Foundation.

Emily completed her undergraduate education as a member of the Honors College at Saint Joseph’s University’s Haub School of Business in Philadelphia, PA. She graduated in May 2020, with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate Finance. Emily was the recipient of the 2019 Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Philadelphia Scholarship and the 2019 CREW National Award, which is given to female leaders as they pursue a career in the real estate industry.
