I don't know even how to begin this review... Emily is the most amazing, dedicated to the cause, into details realtor I have encountered (both as a client and as a lawyer). I'm an out of the country property owner in Philly. During 2021 (and since 2019) I had problems with previous tenants and been trying to sell my property for many months. Emily took upon herself to vacate the tenants, took care of the grass outside the house - without even telling me and at no extra cost!!!She was able to sell my property at an above market cost!!! After the sale took place - Emily found out that there was an over 3,000$ Gas debts that the Sheriffs' Office forgot to erase when I purchased the property, Emily took it upon herself to ask for the return of this amount!!!
Emily is absolutely GREAT, most professional realtor and a human being! For me personally, and especially as an out of the country resident, with no ability to visit or handle my property - with Emily I had the absolute confident that everything will be ok - and it was!!! Thank you Emily for everything (240 N Alden St.)

Emily was such a pleasure to work with. She helped me in so many ways. I had more than a few hiccups while trying to buy my home. Emily was there to help me thru each one. When one house didn't fall thru, she found me a better one. Then when my lender failed, she was right there to help find another one. She did not stop until I was happy and approved. Even after the settlement she was there to help me with any questions I had about being a first time homeowner. She's very professional and passionate about the work that she does. She was all out just the best. So YES I would totally recommend Emily. :)

I contracted Emily in selling selling two homes. Received an offer within three days for more than the asking price. The second home sold in least than a week. Friends thought my offer was high but I got what I asked for. I was living out of state and had a heart attack during the sale of the second home and her support made the transition effortless.
