NO ONE compares to Emily! This superwoman has made the most challenging time of my life that much easier. With her incredible work ethic, knowledge, passion and ideas she was able to get my home that I was selling, under contract in FOUR days and for $50K MORE than asking price. We closed fast and efficiently and positively. On to the buying side, during a record setting market, it has shown for most to be incredibly difficult to find their ideal property. However, with Emily on my side I have been able to put my full faith in her on what I needed to do. She guided me through an extremely difficult potential property that I was going to purchase (noncommunicative sellers) that lead to us finding the RIGHT property for my home. She helped me through paperwork, questions, inspections, advise, personal experiences....everything. I met Emily strictly through real estate and she is now a close friend after it all.... if you want your property sold or you want to find your next home....SHE is your lady!!

Emily couldn't have done more to make our Cape home buying experience any better. Beyond her polite and charming personality she is very responsive and honest. It wasn't like looking for a home with a realtor out to make there commission, it was like looking for a home with a close friend. Many a times Emily flexed her schedule to accommodate our very hectic and ever changing one. We looked at many homes and came across many realtors, some not bad, most not good. Don't settle any realtor to come along, find the right one and I would strongly recommend Emily if you want a tremendously friendly, caring and honest realtor who cares about the right home for you, not just the highest commission.

She was all in from the moment we mentioned we were looking, and eventually helped us navigate through a few particularly difficult situations with grace and professionalism. Emily went above and beyond for me when I was selling my house. I didn’t want it to be a long, drawn out process, and I had very little time or money to get the house in selling condition. Emily was patient and extremely helpful, with suggestions for cleaners and junk removal companies. She knew I was stressed because of my situation and she was always kind but still kept me on task.

We worked with Emily to buy our first home in April and we had a fantastic experience. She was patient and informed, answered all our questions (and we had a lot of them) and made several trips to town hall with us to check on things. Emily was the best! She sold our house right away after a different company had it for sale for more than a year. I was amazed by her ideas and ability to reach out to the buyers of Cape Cod in so many different ways!! Open houses, face book, drone photography, postcards, websites, realtor events- Emily had us covered and got our property sold. When we went looking for a new home, Emily handled that for us too. With her calm, and professional knowledge we closed in record time! If we ever move again she is the only person we will call to handle our real estate needs!!
