Emily Tate has spent most of the last 20 years building her reputation in the residential construction and real estate businesses. Emily is a native Atlantan and obtained a bachelor’s degree in housing, interior design, and resource management from Virginia Tech. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, she served as a relationship manager for the successful custom home-building business she owns with her husband, Steve, Tate Builders & Associates. In this position, she worked with homeowners, investors, and architects alike. Her commitment to over-delivering on client and partner expectations, as well as her expertise in quality construction and craftsmanship, make her distinctively qualified to be your real estate partner and consultant.

Emily specializes in the metro area and beyond, including the Alpharetta, Atlanta, Buckhead, Canton, Cumming, Milton, Roswell, Sandy Springs, and Woodstock areas.
