About Emily

Around nine years old, Emily decided her plan was to sell real estate in Edina. A third generation Edinian, it was genuine interest and curiosity in other people that drove Emily’s decision. After a decade selling, it's the same intrigue for each person’s journey that brings joy and attention to each transaction. Emily’s forte is helping sellers present their best; she saves her clients money by eliminating to-do items buyers won’t miss, but focusing on the low cost, high ROI items that creates a magnetic response. Emily’s single-digit average days on market and average sales price are evidence of her practical skills and discerning eye.

Emily has held a director position for the Minneapolis Area Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors (2013-2016), lobbied at the state and federal levels for legislative policies protecting homeownership. Emily has been featured on WCCO and KARE 11 for her practical know-how.

In between appointments, Emily facilitates corporate business coaching as a certified Dale Carnegie trainer.
Proudly a Grand millennial, Emily believes in a hand-written note, setting a table with cloth napkins and her grandmother’s china. She enjoys the challenge of growing the bluest hydrangeas possible each summer, collecting vintage Edina phone directories, running marathons, and has recently taken up cross country skate skiing.
