We worked with Emma when we needed to find a renter for one of our properties, as well as to sell the same property. She was amazing. She helped us find a family who took wonderful care of our home while they rented. And when it came time to sell the property, we sold it in ONE DAY of it being on the market. We were blessed to have her on this journey with us. It didn’t feel like a business transaction. It felt like we were working with family.

If you want a top-notch realtor in Northern Virginia, look no further than Mrs. Artis. I count it as a blessing that I was referred to her. She has decades of experience as a realtor and it shows. I love her professionalism and the fact that she is always well prepared. She was quickly able to discern what my preferences were in a home. Each time she took me on a house tour, she pointed out things I would never have seen in and around the home. This even included clues as to what type of neighbors I may have. When the inspection came around, she worked hand-in-hand with the inspector to make sure that everything was looked at appropriately. While I was under contract, she regaulary provided updates and reviewed paperwork to make sure everything was in order and in line with our expectations. Even after my home purchase, she continued to reach out to make sure everything was going well with my family and my home. She's also given so many great home and life tips that I've found invaluable and have already put to use. If you want a realtor who is passionate, knowledgeable and takes personal interest, look no further. I have a lot more to say, but I hope this review gives you a glimpse into what you can expect from Mrs. Artis.

Mrs. Emma Artis is absolutely wonderful to work with! We met her by happenstance as she was showing a client a condo in our building. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the market and has had such a long career that we did not hesitate to work with her to sell our condo and assist in locating our forever home. Mrs. Emma worked quickly and efficiently to sell our condo above our asking price in one day. She was always available to answer our questions and periodically checked in to share updates as the building of our new home. Mrs. Emma really cares about her clients and their families as she went above and beyond to aid us in watching our little one so we could complete the necessary paperwork for our new home. Worked with Emma from a rental to selling my investment property, If you can keep up with her and work hard as she does, you found yourself a great partner. Knowledgeable, professional and responsive. She advised us as to what to improve to successfully sell property at the maximum price possible. We had an offer within 8hrs. $5k over the asking price. She navigated all obstacles and arrange any contractor needed. She kept buyer engaged and in informed and pushed it to the finish line. Today we got the money in the bank.

Very attentive and personable experience. She was excellent with communication and explained everything in detail which was needed for a first time buyer like myself. She walked me the process and it went seamlessly! She was very honest and never tried to “sell” me on something just to get a sale. I really felt like she was a friend looking out for my best interest. The home she suggested in the end was the best decision I could have made better than what I would have chosen left up to my own devices!
