Emma Gaskins is the most incredible, efficient, sharp, kind & informative realtor that we could have ever hoped for.

With this move, we knew that it was going to be a challenging one as not only did I have to sell my home that I was living in, but we needed to also sell the home of my in-laws as they needed to move in with us due to health issues/age. To find the perfect new home to accommodate so many different lifestyles, we knew it was going to be a challenge within itself. Well Emma made it happen. She introduced us to a program that her realtor company offers and we were not only able to sell both of our homes to her company, we also found the perfect home within a matter of a few months. This is something that should have taken at least a year if not more.

When I thought that I found the perfect home, she took the extra steps to ensure it was the perfect home. The biggest detail that comes to mind is that she came with a tape measure to measure all of the door/hallways to make sure that it would fit a wheel chair, and the stairway would accommodate a stair lift! That just melted my heart when she was thinking of things that I didn't!

That girl truly is AMAZING!!!! Please reach out to Emma Gaskins when you are ready to buy your new home. She truly made it so very easy!

Emma was not my original realtor & through the selling process we had some issues arise. I had reached out to a generic page and this AMAZINGLY DEDICATED woman - called me - on a holiday weekend on a Sunday!!! I thought for certain I would not hear from anyone until that Tuesday when “normal work” resumed. Now, she GETS BETTER!! Yes, more above and beyond moments! She provided her knowledge without being my realtor because she simply enjoys what she does and enjoys helping people. I was at a point where I didn’t know if I could knock on any more doors and knock anymore walls down - and here she comes helping without receiving commission! Sayyyy what?!!? SHE ACTUALLY WANTS TO HELP PEOPLE!!

Okay so it gets even better - things get solved thanks to her help and my house is back on the market with my previous realtor. It didn’t take long and we knew - if we wanted what we wanted and we wanted it to happen in a timely manner - we needed to call Emma back and get her representation.

Emma did the job. And she did the job SO well. I wouldn’t want another house purchased or sold unless I have her on my team.

She was organized, thorough, explained any and everything. She was there for every step of our process and took great care of our home, our needs/desires, our wishes and then some!

So if you could go higher than 5 stars - this girl right here is definitely one to deserve it.

Looking for a home in a highly competitive market? Call Emma and don't play around. There is 0% we would have landed a farm property in this climate without her. She is an absolute master.

Highly communicative (I never had to ask where things stood, she volunteered them), always on her game, always proactive, and so incredibly engaged...and when the time came to negotiate? She was *flooringly good.* There was a competing offer, and she made it happen with some brilliant moves that no agent I've ever worked with would have even thought about.

Emma is phenomonal at what she does, and an absolute gem of a person. If you choose anyone else, I just hope they never have to negotiate against her. She goes to the mat when it counts, and I would recommend her to anyone without reservation. Absolutely incredible talent. The best choice we made as a couple in our search, and landed our forever property. All real estate agents are not the same (trust me, I've used many) - she is absolutely elite.

I’ve worked with several realtors in my journey of finding a home. But Emma was truly the best. She knew how to get the job done in this crazy market. Emma is very professional, nice, always on time, and was there every step of the way. When I wanted to go see a house, she made sure it happened and on my time. I would get coming soon house notifications from her, that way I would be first in line to get information and to see the property. She would work very late with putting contracts in and even while on vacation. She truly cares about her clients and wants the best for them.
