Emma Nies has had a lifelong fascination with real estate that blossomed over the course of her childhood. Emma watched her mom and dad turn their “one-man construction jobs'' into a full-blown business. She was so intrigued and found herself diving headfirst into her parent’s real estate investing, flipping, and general construction endeavors. While Emma has acquired similar passions as her parents, she knew that something was missing – people. After Emma had worked in the sales and service industry for nearly a decade, she found that communication is where she flourishes. Shortly after graduating with a communication and finance degree from Middle Tennessee State University, Emma felt it was perfectly fitting to use her widespread knowledge and put it to use in real estate.
