About Emma

It was in England where Emma first ignited her passion for real estate. After finishing college she started her career journey landing the highly sought after role of Sales Negotiator for the UK’s largest real estate Company, Countrywide. With her strong desire to help clients pursue their dreams, her proactive approach, expertise and professionalism she quickly became a top performing sales leader, listing advisor and secured numerous management positions within Countrywide. It was after several thriving years in managerial positions and much soul searching, Emma realized she needed to return to her passion of serving the direct needs of the clients. It was this driver that ultimately inspired her to open her own Real Estate and Mortgage company in Preston, England in 2005, a move that proved to be the start of a hugely successful franchise. With this under her belt, Emma branched out further into the financial side of the industry and worked at Wesleyan as a financial advisor to doctors, qualifying as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) in the UK. Emma loves to travel and experience new things so, when the opportunity presented itself in 2010 of making a new life in the United States she grabbed it with both hands. After a brief time working for Vanguard, one of the largest investment companies in the US, Emma’s passion for real estate drove her back to her grass roots as a realtor – uniquely qualified to be different and bring a global perspective to the US marketplace. Emma was fortunate enough to be introduced to eXp and applies her wealth of previous sales experience, knowledge, negotiating skills and professionalism to successfully assist buyers and sellers in Charlotte and the surrounding areas realize their dreams (and hers too). Emma is committed to success and has absorbed every resource and training available to her to learn about the local market place she now serves. Emma has the Strategic Listing Specialist (SLS) designation. Emma has pushed herself all of her life and loves to take on new challenges.
