As a military family we were beyond lucky to have Emmeline as our realtor. Searching and buying a house out of state is no easy task, but with Emmeline’s help we were able to find a beautiful home. In a challenging market such as California’s it can be discouraging, but she made the process easy and never lost momentum. There’s no question she has her clients best interest in mind. Emmeline’s communication, honesty, and over all ability to bring the best service she can to her clients makes her stand out. We just bought our first home, and we couldn't have done it without Emmeline! As a military family experiencing a sudden location change, we had so many obstacles to overcome. She has been so amazing every step of the way, helping us with sudden schedule changes, lots and lots of facetimes to virtually tour homes, and being downright honest with the condition of locations. If she wasn't familiar with the neighborhood, she even explored a bit to make sure we were comfortable with the area.
Military fams (and more), if you decide to buy in the SD area, I cannot recommend Emmeline enough!

I can not put into words how incredibly pleased and GRATEFUL we were in the process of selling our home in Chula Vista with Emmeline Park. I will try my best but any written review would be an understatement of her dedication and professionalism.

From the very beginning, I felt confident in her hands. She came prepared for our initial meeting with an extensive plan and prepared notebook. She gave us clean guidelines and explained what to expect in the process. Although selling a home is stressful, I was at ease the entire process because Emmeline did all the work. Seriously! She hosted the open house, marketed the event, provided professional photography and videography and managed all the details.

When the house hit the market, Emmeline was 100% available and committed to prompt responses and negotiations with the numerous offers and buyers. She provided a spread sheet to review the offers and counseled and educated us in the process. She really kept us informed while doing all the hands on work.

Our house sold 87k over market and I know it is due to her work ethic and professionalism. We closed the deal in 30 days. Any bumps in the road were managed by Emmeline and we were relaxed with our feet up the entire time.

My expectation were met 100 times over. I am not really a review writer but I had to sit down and write this all out for her future clients. I highly recommend with a million stars. Her work ethic, patience, marketing skills, organization and attention to detail is an unmatched skill in this market. You can trust this women to get the job done right!

Recently sold my house with Emmeline, wanted to connect with a Military veteran realtor and could have not been more pleased with the service. I had a different realtor in the past so I wanted to see if I could expect the same level of service. Emmeline did things to help that I was totally in awe of, for instance she offered to hire a professional photographer instead of taking photos herself. Admittedly, I was a bit skeptical if this would make a difference, but boy was I wrong, the professional photos drove a lot more foot traffic into my property then what I was expecting. Long story short, I entered escrow within 5 days at over $20K asking price. I plan on using Emmeline for my next real estate transaction, highly recommend!!!

My experience with Emmeline was one of the best (if not the best) I’ve had with realtors! She was always responsive and looked out for my interests throughout the entire process. I always appreciated her honesty and her patience in explaining every step to me! When I was transferred through my employment, I had to leave my property in her hands to finish the sale! She knocked it out of the park!

I would work with her again and would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Emmeline was the best realtor we’ve ever had. She worked with us for both selling and buying our homes. We sold our home over asking price in the timeline we wanted. It was very interesting to see how exact same model homes listed on the exact same time. Our home received several over asking price offers, while the other home with other realtor was not able to sell, and went iBuyers route. After 3 months, it is still struggling to sell. Emmeline’s knowledge and tactic helped us sell our home in timely manner with top dollars. Hands down best experience and we will go with her again.
