Emory was readily available via text, email, phone or in person. He stayed during entire 3 hr. inspection and pointed out some items needing my attention and several requests to enter the home for measurements, etc.

We are very pleased with the professional help we received from Emory Tungsvik at Around The Clock, Inc., with the sale our our home. Our situation was more complicated than most, as we were out of the country during the entire process and Emory was such a great help in giving us good and accurate advice, as well as representing our interests. He went way beyond the normal real estate sales representation by taking care of issues that we normally would have done had we been in the area. Emory kept us informed at every step of what was happening and in the midst of some unforeseen complicating factors in the sale due to the age of the house, did a wonderful job of negotiating and ethically representing our best interests. We can recommend Emory without reservation to anyone selling or buying (or even renting) a home!

I have used Emory as a listing agent on two of my properties. And I was so impressed that I had my parents use him on two additional properties. All four listings involved some specific challenges and circumstances, and this is where Emory really shines!  He has the ability to take a difficulty and find a win-win to satisfy all. I remember a situation where we received an offer that was unattractive and was tempting to reject. But Emory discussed the individual objections and found a way to overcome them. Emory’s keen negotiating skills got the counteroffer accepted, and led us to a fast close. Being a listing agent is so much more than putting a property on the MLS and waiting for a sale. All four listings I mentioned were initially considered as FSBO. In retrospect, this would have been a false savings. Emory got top dollar for all sales and undoubtedly saved us all a lot of money. He will do the same for you.

Emory is professional, personal with patience to share the process and completion of sales of our home. Initially we had him to manage the rental property later we decided to sell. Overall it was smooth transaction. I'd highly recommend his Realty services.
