Having earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interior Design from Columbia College Chicago, Ephie's talents have perhaps been most prominently displayed in the design and construction of her own custom home in Palatine, where she lives with her real estate attorney husband and has two grown children. Ephie enjoys traveling to destinations rich in history and architecture—which she considers one of her passions—such as Italy, France, Greece and Spain, and she is fluent in Greek. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, an occasional game of golf and spending time with her family.
