Erena has been by my side as I sold and purchased a new home after a rough divorce. Her recommendations are top notch and she was so quick and amazing at getting the house ready. She sold the house in just 4 days and at $150,000 OVER asking price! Of course I was going to ask her to help when I decided to buy a new house. Erena explained everything in a way that was easy for me to understand. If I had any questions, she was always just a phone call away. When I found the house I wanted she immediately contacted the other realtor for a tour. She pointed out little details and was completely honest in her opinions. Her assessment of what she believed the max bid of the house would be was SPOT ON and I got the house! Because of her, I can start over fresh and I can't thank her enough for all her expertise. Erena is simply the BEST of the best!

Erena worked with me and my husband in order to find our perfect "forever home" during the pandemic, a challenging time indeed. Erena showed us houses that always fit within our list of "must-haves" and helped us navigate (and secure!) better financing through her network than what we had already. In addition, the closing and related processes were negotiated and navigated seamlessly with as little stress as possible.
