Eric recently helped me purchase my first home. After being unhappy with a different realtor (who seemed to be more worried about getting a referral from me than finding me a home), my mortgage agent referred me to Eric and I could not have been happier. Working with Eric was like having my best friend as a realtor. He went above and beyond all of my expectations, from explaining the process, locating homes, offering support when offers were not accepted, and providing an ear to vent the frustrations of the process to. Even after my home was closed, Eric continues to go above and beyond, offering support in helping to solve some minor repair issues with my new home. Eric epitomizes what a realtor should be! You will not regret working with him! He also never once asked me for a referral or to post this review, I offered to post it myself because my experience was that positive. If you hire Eric, you will, not regret it! I could not recommend him more.

Eric was great to work with! He stayed on top of things through the entire process of searching for a home down to closing. His knowledge of the various areas as well as his insight on the condition of the properties I looked at was helpful in the decision making process; every buyer needs that in making these big financial decisions.

I enjoyed Eric Askew as my agent. He went above and beyond helping me. He was there every step of the way. He will be the one I will recommend to people in the future. He deserves a raise and a reward in my opinion for being the best knowledgeable understanding caring agent out there.
