Emerging from the fast-paced casino industry, Eric is no stranger to hospitality. Eric has spent over a decade developing a knack for honing in on specific needs of his clients. Mr. Attreau's clients will be able to trust his work ethic that revolves around great care and diligence. Whether they are a first-time home buyer or a luxury home buyer looking to move to the mountains, Eric will be dedicated through closing and then some.

Eric has always had a great passion for real estate. After finishing his studies for marketing and management, he left the casino to pursue his career in real estate. It did not take Eric long to decide Beverly-Hanks was where he wanted to hang his hat. Eric has become adept in cutting edge strategies to market properties which lessen the time his client’s property is on the market. Making his clients' properties gain greater exposure than the competition is a strong trait of Eric's.

Eric has lived in Western Carolina for 25 + years. He takes advantage of all four seasons of the mountains by enjoying anything that can be done outdoors. Eric can be found on any of the local golf courses working on his short game, playing tennis wherever the rain allows, or spending sunny days on Lake Keowee with his wife Jennifer and two daughters (Ashelyn 9, Caitlin 6).
