Eric was a great help when I was looking for a home! I was originally working with a different agent for months, and was getting really frustrated. Eric was a breath of fresh air, because I felt like he ACTUALLY LISTENED to the things I was looking for in a home, and the areas that I was interested in. He took the time to understand what was important to me, was able to find me properties I wasn’t finding with my other agent, and wasn’t pushy. Most of all I appreciated that he was very easy to schedule viewing times with. I work an awkward work schedule, which can be tricky, but he made it all very easy. I would definitely recommend him!
