My wife and I were moving from N. Virginia to London, UK and attempting to transition our investment property from Washington D.C. to Reston, VA. We had limited time before our departure and in great need of assistance regarding the swap of one investment property for another (1031 exchange).

Eric took the time and effort to explain the exchange requirements to make the transaction as smooth and seamless as possible.

Eric is 5/5! He came to us highly recommended and more than lived up to his excellent reputation. My wife and I moved to Colorado from overseas, and Eric was a tremendous asset right from the beginning of this lengthy process. After initial contact and discussion of what we were looking for, Eric established search criteria and sent us daily alerts whenever new listings came on the market. As we figured out exactly what we wanted through this process, Eric was always happy to update the search so we didn’t spend time viewing listings we weren’t interested in.

The day after landing in Colorado, Eric took us to as many viewings as we could fit into the day. Both patient and informed, Eric helped us navigate the home-buying process not only as new residents, but also as first time home-buyers in a volatile market. Thanks to his expertise, diligence, and willingness to work with our schedule, we were on contract for our dream home just ten days after arriving in state!

Once on contract, Eric continued to guide us through the closing process, ensuring we closed on time and with minimal stress. Always just a phone call or text away, Eric happily explained anything we didn’t understand (forms, policies, processes, etc.).
