Eric is the middle son of TOM BARRY; who was a neighbor
and high school buddy back in the day.

NOW, on a more interesting note, ERIC BARRY is professional,
patient, available, good communicator. As someone that has
worked in the area of 'flipping homes' with both his brother and father, when he speaks he does so from a background of
having done some, done that.

After approximately 45 days of looking for the appropriate property relative to my affordability; I moved into a nice
townhome in the town of Addison.
Signed, Sealed and Delivered (so to speak).

Lastly, he has various contacts in the area of flooring and
rehabbing certain areas of interest. Which made it easier
to get things done from that standpoint.

My family and I closed on a our house in November last year. If it wasn’t for Eric’s help during that process we probably would of took our house off the market and waited the interest rates out. Stress was at an all time high with work and contingencies on closing with both selling and buying our house. Complications with lenders or buyers loosing funding was a rollercoaster ride. Eric stayed even keeled the entire time and pushed ahead despite constant adversity and still made time for daddy duty. It was normal for him to always take time for my daily phone calls day or night…nervous about interest rate hikes or potential market crashes. This man would hold a crying baby in one hand and another crying baby(myself) in the other. Why this is important to mention is because Eric is not just phenomenal in his work life but also a wonderful person. Moving is a major event for any family and if you come across this review just know how much Eric meant to my family and I during such a stressful but happy time.
