Eric Beachy is " The G.O.A.T! The Wizard! The Man, The Myth, The Legend!!!" He is All That and a bag of chips... plus a caramel frapacino!!
I would absolutly recommend Eric Beachy to anyone who deserves him because he deserves the best clients too! He is THE BEST! He worked super hard for me at all times of day and night and even on weekends and Holidays to make sure I got a great house at a great price. He got my closing costs paid by the seller and even got them to pay up some credit $$$!!! My house appraised well over what I got it for!!...
I KNOW RIGHT!!!??? I told you he's THE BEST!!!
But he wasn't just there for the good times. He was there for the Bad times too! We checked out our fair share of JUNKERS and he was always upfront and honest about the issues these places had to make sure I saw the WHOLE picture and wouldn't be disappointed when I finally made my choice.
We saw The "eye sores, we Smelled the " nose sores" and all the "creepy crawlers" along the way. He's been my Go To guy from start to finish and is still helping me out now, after closing on my fixer upper, future DREAM HOUSE!!!
