I’ve worked with a few agents over the years and Eric was by far the easiest to work with. Inventory has been extremely tight and makes the process frustrating but Eric was able to find us a few options that weren’t on the market yet. It was a huge plus to have him on our side.

Eric has helped us with three transactions. He first helped us with two condos, one on the west loop and the other in Lakeview. Once our family was growing we made the decision to move to Naperville and Eric helped us there as well. His communication is not notch and is always available. We always felt like we were in good hands and he was always looking out for our best interest.

We decided to move to Highland Park and buy a single family home. We had not purchased any property in an exceptionally long time, and furthermore, we had never lived anywhere in the north shore.

We view Eric to be a lucky find: He is well informed on house details at all levels, wiring, plumbing, exteriors, etc. He has limitless area trade contacts. He has lots of insight on Highland Park things going on that urban people moving from the city might be interested in doing. He has quick insight to questions and can provide answers; he does not hold back his opinions, which is invaluable, to say the very least.

When listing my townhouse his marketing strategy was top notch and his suggestion to include virtual staging was one of the best ideas. He was able to sell my townhouse for full price and we received multiple offers. It was the ideal situation. 6 years ago Eric helped me find and purchase my home. Recently, he helped me sell it. Some people I've dealt with were over the top fake nice and positive. In my opinion, he is genuinely positive and a great person. He came and spent over 3 hours with me when I just contemplating putting my house up for sale. He answered every question I had to the best of his abilities and he helped me understand all the processes involved. Getting this kind of commitment, when there was no guarantee I would sell, will be something I believe sets him ahead of other realtors. When I reached the decision to put my house up for sale he came back again to do a walk-through to help me feel ready. He did an excellent job of making sure the requested showings worked for my schedule. He was so dedicated to making sure I was taken care of. I will never forget that he took phone calls, texts and emails when he was on vacation!!! My house was put under contract while he was on vacation!!! You wont find a lot of people that will be this dedicated. I will always refer people to him because of the great experience he has provided me.
