I started working with Eric in late March/early April and i just closed on a house! Eric, was great to work with and very professional. As a first time home buyer he made this process as smooth as possible and answered, with patience, all of my questions. Being a first time home buyer is extremely stressful. However, working with Eric Brown and the wonderful folks at Keller Williams Rivertown made the process a smooth and pleasant one. Eric’s knowledge and professionalism was evident from the start. He was very attentive and responsive throughout process while educating me about home purchasing via answering all of my calls and providing me with invaluable resources to make sure I was well informed from beginning to end. Despite some really tough bumps in road during the home search process and my high level of anxiety as a result, Eric maintained a level head and reassured me we would get through this together and that I would be a home owner on the other side. He was right and I am extremely grateful. Enough can’t be said about how good Eric is in what he does.
