Background
Eric is a resident of Springfield and began his career in Real Estate on the financing side of the business as an Operations Manager with Hampden Bank where he was, in addition to other duties, responsible for processing loans. In 2009, Eric secured his Real Estate license and began purchasing single family and multi-family portfolio of properties that he himself renovated and currently maintains. Eric was then manager of the parking garage inventory for the Springfield Parking Authority which includes over 1 Million square feet of multi-level garages within the city. Since 2009, Eric has been a Realtor and has expanded his expertise to commercial product. With a foundation in financing, development, and commercial asset management, Eric is uniquely qualified to serve clients commercial needs on multiple levels.

Eric is highly skilled in technology and proficient in all forms of social media which he leverages for the organization and his clients. Eric is a skilled and accomplished photographer which he used when he backpacked around the world visiting 19 countries and 30 National Parks in 2016-17.
