Eric was very nice , knowledgeable, patient attentive and professional. I was selling my family home that I grew up in and had been in our family for over 70 years! He appreciated the sentimental and historical value of the home. I am very satisfied with the process and his handling of my property. I felt comfortable working with him and appreciated his dependability. He negotiated and got me the price that I anticipated. I am relocating to Arizona and have more property to sell and will be calling on Eric to sell those as well. I especially like his patience in reviewing documents and answering all of my questions. He dosent care about how much money he's making off the deal he only cares about what you like and if your comfortable about the decision you've made... he keeps working until your satisfied. Day or night hes available to you... he makes you feel like your his only client....
