Eric did a fantastic job assisting my wife and me with our home search. He: 1. Was personable 2.Was very knowledgeable with regard to: a.Homes in our target area & the surrounding areas b.The area itself 3.Patient!! 4. Listened closely to both of us ,(i.e. we both had different wants) 5.Very quickly narrowed our showings to homes that were win/wins for both of us. Eric was a silent guiding light, observing our reactions, patiently helping us sort through the pros and cons of each viewing and then weighing the results against what we’d told him we needed, wanted and just would like to have. This is the second home we have purchased and Eric is hands down the best realtor we have ever been associated with and we highly recommend him. He encouraged me to take a home buyer education course and guided me through the building process of a brand new home a nd he explained the mortgage loan process. There’s a reason people highly recommend Eric Crutcher. Eric is down to earth and approachable, but also very professional. He was patience with me being that this was my first time buying a home. He explained everything that I asked in great detail so I was able to understand the process of home buying. Never did he make me feel that I was annoying him with all my questions, which is how I felt with another realtor. I felt as if I was his only client because he would return calls, text or emails within the hour. What impressed me most about Eric was when I was getting my inspection done; he noticed things that the inspector didn’t. He noticed this because he has a background as a contractor so he’s not only looking at your home as a realtor but also from the eyes of a contractor. That was a plus because the issue he found would have caused more problems later. The day that I was scheduled to close a problem occurred between the finance company and the builder. So I was very nervous because they were saying that the builder didn’t want to close with the finance company because of several issues that had nothing to do with me the HOME BUYER. Eric reassured me that everything would be okay and that we would close at our scheduled time. Earlier that week Eric had informed me that due to scheduling he wouldn’t be able to attend closing with me, so I told him that was fine I knew how to sign my name. Well after the issue between the builder and the finance company Eric knew I was nervous, so he cleared his schedule to come to closing. I would highly recommend Eric to anyone who’s in the market to buy a home because Eric is the best at what he does. Quinnette Holland

Eric Crutcher is a truly committed, knowledgeable, and professional realtor. I should also add patient, having had to deal with me and all of my idiosyncrasies in my quest to purchase a home. From the late night phone calls/texts to viewing houses by flashlight to responding while on vacation, Eric always remained professional with a positive attitude. My last home-buying purchase was not a very pleasant experience and I would be a bit apprehensive at times. Eric went above and beyond to assure me that he would take care of me and my best interests. Whenever I felt that I would never get through the process, Eric was there with words of encouragement. Eric Crutcher is a very professional realtor with a great deal of knowledge. My husband and I purchased our first home a couple of months ago and Eric did an excellent job helping us during the home buying process. I was 24 years old and I really didnt have a clue about purchasing a home but Eric made sure we understood everything before going through with the process. Eric sat down with us and explained everything with us step by step and he always asked if we understood everything before we continued on to something else. He made sure we were happy customers. We looked at several different model homes until we found the one that fit us. Eric communicated with us throughout the entire process. He always informed us about everything that was going on with the home. He was very patient with us throughout this process. We could call, text or email him about any questions or concerns with the home and he would always respond in a timedly manner. Eric is really knowledgeable and he knows all about real estate.
