We are first time home buyers, who knew very little about the entire process. Eric not only got us our first home, but he educated us along the way! He made us feel very confident and comfortable in the offers that we made!
The reason why we chose Eric is his dedication to the process! We looked at so many homes, sometimes several in one day! He was very flexible and worked around our schedule. He is very responsive! If we had a question, or a home that might hit the market soon, and we wanted to see it, Eric would reply right away! He is always positive, and gave great advice about roofs and basements! Eric also set us up with a great lender and a Home Insurance Company! They all worked quickly and efficiently together!

We highly recommend Eric to anyone looking for a home!

Wow, what to say? As first time home buyers, we had no idea where to go or even start. Eric was a pleasure to work with from the moment we started and made this process truly a breeze and helped us land our house and close within a very short time frame.

He patiently and easily answered any and every question we threw at him. He was completely dedicated on helping us understand every aspect of the home owning process. Even in this crazy market his advice/support kept us competitive in all listings before eventually landing the home we wanted.

I'd definitely recommend him for his overall dedication, knowledge and willingness to go the extra mile for a potential homeowner. Honestly, that's what is needed to keep you sane during a very busy and tumultuous process.
