We have worked with Eric on both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old home. Eric has a full command of the real estate market in which he works. He sold our house in less than a week for terms far superior than what we had expected, selling the home at a value above our listing price. Eric was always a step ahead of the broker on the other side and his advice was always on target, thoughtful and wise. His assistance was available long after closing, as he promptly answered questions and emails about market activity when we went through the refinance process. We would highly recommend Eric Evans to anyone!

We are so happy that we asked Eric to list our home! From the time we said that we wanted to list our home to the very end, he was there for us! He had great contacts to help get our home ready for the market, and truly went above and beyond the call of duty during the process. I might add that our home sold in just ONE DAY with a full price offer! Eric also understands the emotional aspect of selling your home, and was very understanding, patient and rational when we felt the emotional pressure of parting from our home. He is extremely knowledgeable of the charlotte area and found us the exact type of home we were looking for in an area we had expressed interest in. Eric helped navigate the waters through negoations and was patient through the process.
