Eric Flynn

Eric began representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate in 2002 upgrading his license to the associate broker level in 2004 and then again to designated broker level in 2007. He has consistently been in the top 15% of agents statewide.

Eric has been representing financial institutions for 15 years in REO (bank owned) transactions. Clients have included Wells Fargo, Suisse Bank, Green River Capital, New York Savings Bank, Fannie Mae, HUD, Virtual Bank, Carrington Mortgage Services, Chase Bank, and numerous others.

A firm believer in improvement through constant education Eric started teaching other REALTORS as adjunct faculty for the Real Estate Learning Group. Initially teaching on short-sale and foreclosure transactions, then moving on to marketing, technology, and sales classes.

Committed to being part of the REALTOR leadership community Eric has served as an Executive Board Committee Member, Treasurer, and countless committees for Maine Listings (Maine statewide MLS). He has been serving on the Greater Portland Board of REALTORS for a decade and is Board President this year. Contributing to the entire state, he has been a Director at The Maine Association of REALTORS since 2011. For eight years he has travelled to Washington, DC with leadership to meet and speak with senators and congressional representatives. In 2017, he was named REALTOR Of The Year for The Greater Portland Board of REALTORS.

Eric regularly lectures and contributes to panel discussions on real estate, social media, sales, and marketing. When he is not working he spends his time cooking lavish meals for his friends and adored family, theater, traveling the world, and vodka martinis, straight up, with a twist.
