Eric made the process of home buying extremely simple and hassle free. From initial search to final closing our questions and requests were answered promptly. His knowledge of our situation as military home buyers and of the local real estate market proved invaluable when it came to getting the perfect home. We met Eric through a referral from my brother-in-law. We have worked with many realtors over the past 23 years and Eric is by far one of the best. He connected us with an awesome home inspector and provided us with tons of resources for anything we may need. Eric made the whole process very easy, and we really didn't have to do anything other than pick a house and show up at closing. Even though we fly Coast Guard, he didn't hold that against us. We look forward to working with Eric when it's time to pack up and move again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a GREAT realtor!

Edit to add: I also got a letter in the mail notifying me that Eric had made a generous donation to the Wounded Warrior project in my name. All around great human.

I bought and sold my first home with Eric.
When I was looking for rentals back in 2019, I had sent in an application for a unit but it already had a renter. Eric was the agent in charge of that unit and when he saw my application profile and that I was Navy, he reached out to help me find more rentals that would suit me, free of charge. I ended up changing my mind and wanted to buy and during that process I also found out my friend who had just purchased a home, had Eric as their realtor. He made the process as simple as he could get it, and he explained everything I needed to know. He also introduced the VREB Network to me which ended up benefiting me a lot.

I'm writing this review now from a different state, wishing I still had him as a realtor. He set the standard very high for me and I hope he continues to help as many people like he helped me. I don't just recommend him because of my experience, I do it because he's literally the best in the business and has been in the game a long time - he'll advocate for you and will go the extra mile.

We feel incredibly lucky to have worked with Eric during our home search process! As first time home-owners, my husband and I had many questions and were so grateful for Eric's patience and communication. Eric knew exactly what we were looking for and was always the first to alert us to new homes that matched our criteria. My husband and I were out of state and looking from afar during our search. Eric toured many homes for us and provided us with great detail that made us feel very involved even from far away. This should be in a handwritten note, but selling and buying houses is always such a crazy time! We will be Forever grateful to Eric and his team for not only helping us sell our house quickly and efficiently, but also for managing it for us for several years while we moved around the world living our crazy Navy life. Eric and his team were extremely diligent during the move-out process of our tenant, but also worked hard to get the house move-in ready for a new owner. They were quick to communicate, answered every question we had, and made us feel comfortable and understood during the entire process.
