About Eric

Eric is Broker and owner of Legacy Real Estate. Shortly after graduating from Dean College in Franklin, MA he began his real estate career being trained under Corcoran Jennison Companies in Boston, MA with a concentrated focus in leasing management.

He opened his first office in MA in the early 2000s and then in Providence in 2008.

Eric is a focused real estate professional who always stays on top of the ever-changing real estate market and all of its many components of buying, selling, property management & leasing. His great sense of humor and his calm and caring demeanor makes him very easy to work with and for. He always has his clients’ best interests at heart while guiding them through their real estate decisions and operations.

He has many interests outside of the hustle and bustle of real estate. He has spent some time working in social services efforts with disadvantaged children. He lives with his wife and three beautiful children in Westport, MA. You can find him in New Hampshire when it is time for some R&R, skiing, fishing and golfing.
