Eric is my 5th Agent I have used over the years, being in the industry of building I would say his expertise far exceeds that of your typical agent. His attention for detail in benefit to the purchaser. Unfortunately many people don't realize what they are getting themselves into when purchasing a property. Eric was transparent, fair while entertaining. Looking for a home can be overwhelming and he made the process painless and enjoyable to say the least. I recommend him for First Home Buyers as well as experienced purchasers. Non the less my brother is a agent and I am still recommending Eric. :-)

Eric is not only a patient Agent, but very receptive. Help fit us to the perfect location for our business not to mention we had difficult needs. He was so Amazing that we will be using him in a purchase of a building with in the next year. Strongly suggest using him not only for your commercial as well as Residential needs.
