I cannot say enough how quick and effortless this process was for our family. Manny went above and beyond to make this happen. Communication was great from before sale to the close of the sale. Eric and Katie were excellent throughout this whole process. I started looking almost a year and a half ago and finally was able to get the perfect condo. Eric is always available and was able to answer any questions clear for me as a first time buyer. They are both very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the home buying process and made everything extremely smooth. They also provided me lists of mortgage agents and inspectors who were exceptional. Post closing they continue to be available for me if I need anything or have any questions. I will be recommending them to anyone buying or selling a house and will look to them in the future for any other needs I have.

They were never pushy, they were able to schedule showings the same day we found something we liked. They responded quickly to any questions we had and with us being first time homebuyers we had plenty questions! We were able to tour a variety of houses that interested us! We were able to put an offer in the same day we toured our condo. Eric did such a great job communicating with the other selling agent, he was able to convince them to go with our offer when they already had one offer ahead of us.
