About Eric

Eric Gunther Realtor and Broker of Greenfield Waters comes from 3 generations of experience in real estate from the commercial ownership side with relatives owning Manhattan landmarks, national hotel chain land leases, and also selling residential properties owing real estate brokerages for almost 100 years. Born in Rumson New Jersey and also living in Palm Beach County Florida with his family, Eric has now lived in Florida for most of his adult life and has experienced firsthand the evolution of our state and the growth of the real estate market here. Eric lives in Palm Beach County with his wife and two children. When he first joined his family lineage into real estate many years ago, he found success easily and quickly. He began to explain to others that the best process of selling real estate is when you take a deep dive to truly explore the needs of your prospect. "The real process is not in just buying and selling homes or property. What you really must do is help people and have the conversations to understand what and why they truly need to buy or sell so you can indeed help them." Eric formed Greenfield Waters based on the basic principles of helping others from the individual luxury home buyer or seller to the small to medium sized builder developer.
